Refund policy

We have a no return policy, on all products that we sell, as we unfortunately have to ensure there is no contamination of the plants and flowers we house in our store.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any requests for replacement for bouquets have to be made within 24 hours of receipt and will be done at out discretion.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bouquets or items with fresh flowers, and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have in store and we might offer an exchange at our discretion so please give a call beforehand.


Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
