Delivery Policy

A flat-rate delivery fee of $10 applies to all orders placed through our online store.

Deliveries do not require a signature. The recipient’s delivery phone number will receive a tracking link allowing them to follow the delivery in real time. Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address, an accurate phone number, and any necessary access instructions.

If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left at the door or in another reasonably safe location at the delivery address. Once the order has been delivered, we are not responsible for theft, loss, damage, weather exposure, or deterioration resulting from the recipient’s absence.

The sender is responsible for informing the recipient of the expected delivery. We are not liable for missed deliveries or unattended orders when the sender has not notified the recipient.
